Beach villa Anna is an ideal air-conditioned house (except in the lounge – Kitchen area ) for a family of eight, who wishes to stay away from it all but also so close to amenities and a beach. The villa is very comfortable and all balconies overlook the open sea.
Layout
Entering garden’s front gate you get into a lush garden and pool’s terrace, with a private parking space next to the main entrance.
The entrance opens into a modern open plan area, with a fully equipped kitchen on the left hand side, a sitting and dinning setting at the front, (except in the lounge – Kitchen area) a utility room and a family bathroom.
Balcony doors open onto a side large terrace, with dining table and chairs. A few steps down lead to the lovely pool and the amazing spacious garden.
An interior staircase connects the ground floor with the upstairs level, where all the bedrooms are set with private balconies overlooking the sea.
On this level you will find a master bedroom with private en-suite shower, a double bedroom with also an en-suite shower, a third double and a twin bedroom which share in between a family bathroom.
The three double bedrooms feature private balconies with stunning sea views, whilst the twin overlooks the garden. Them all are fully air-conditioned!
Roof terrace
The highlight of this property is the spacious top roof terrace, accessed via an interior staircase.
The views from here are panoramic, having the open sea extended in front of you and Latchi Cyprus by your left side.
Comfortable seating facilities are nicely set in this terrace, for anyone who wishes to stay out a bit longer, either to admire the stunning views or enjoy the fresh evening sea breeze in peace and comfort.
