Villa Stathis

This amazing holiday rental, Villa Stathis is found within the picturesque village of Latchi, near the sandy beach, bars and taverns. The villa sleeps up to seven individuals making it the perfect holiday home for a group of friends as well as families. The one level property features three bedrooms, which are fully air conditioned. The modern and elegant master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom whereas the two twin bedrooms are comfortably furnished providing relaxation.

An extra folding bed is provided upon request.  The interior of the house is the ideal setting for a family of friends to spend quality time. The open-plan and modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils making cooking a pleasant experience. The kitchen is linked to the lounge and dining areas which are both furnished and equipped with modern and comfortable furnishings. Outside guests enjoy the privacy of their private pool which is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas as well as landscaped gardens. Guests also enjoy the BBQ area, ideal for summer al fresco meals.
